Guides & Syllabi
Moultonborough Central School
The elementary years are exciting for you and your children.
Below you will find a link to the Central School Parent Guides.
These guides outline what your child learns and reviews at each grade
level as well as some helpful ideas of things families can do at home
to reinforce what is learned in school.
Your involvement in your child's education plays an important role in
his or her success. Please feel free to contact your child's
teacher should you have any questions or concerns. We value any
feedback you might give in order to improve the parent guides for your
use.

Moultonborough Middle Level (Grades 7
& 8)
The middle years are times of great change for you and your
children. It is more important than ever that you remain an
active participant in your child's education. For this reason,
middle level teachers have developed a detailed explanation of what
your child will learn in each class, a breakdown of how your child will
be assessed, and some suggestions of activities that you can do at home
to help support your child.
Please feel free to contact your child's teacher or base camp advisor for more
information. We value your input. Please let us know if you have suggestions
for improving these course syllabi and expecatations.
Moultonborough Academy (Grades 9-12)
As students become young adults it becomes more difficult to keep
abreast of what is happening at school. Students are less eager
to discuss their classes and often do not want to ask for help with
homework. As challenging as this can be, we encourage
you to keep trying. To assist in keeping you informed on your
child's studies, high school teachers have written course
syllabi. These include a summary of what is covered in each
class, what the expectations are for each class as well as how
assessment is handled.
