School Climate correlates strongly with academic achievement. Starting in the 2018-2019 school year, the Moultonborough school district began assessing school climate using a survey and services of Alliance for the Study of School Climate at California State University at LA.

In the spring of 2019, teachers and staff were surveyed. We planned to survey students the following spring (2020), but due to the school closures due to the pandemic, student surveys were postponed until the fall 2020.

There is a report for each school and a video of the slideshow presented to the School Board on February 9, 2021.
