The Moultonborough School District Policy Manual is public information. It is available on-line through the Moultonborough School District website. A hard copy is available in the Superintendent's Office. As policies are reviewed, revised and created on an on-going basis in response to District needs, to changes in educational philosophy and practice and to changes in local, state and federal laws and regulations and court decisions; and since the content of policies is interrelated, contradictions between and among policies will inevitably occur. In the event of a contradiction, the information, directives or actions described in the most recently adopted policy will take precedence.
