Data Privacy

Technology is a critical part of our learning environment and the responsible use of online apps/tools improves teaching and learning. The ever increasing availability of online teaching and learning resources comes with inherent risks and concerns regarding student data, privacy and student work. We as a district have a responsibility to ensure that data and privacy of our students and staff are adequately protected while using any online digital resource for school work. We are providing the following information about the online applications and software that are being used in our school district. Additionally, we provide this information to meet the requirements of New Hampshire's Student and Teacher Information Protection and Privacy (NH RSA 186:65 through 68).
